New friends require a deposit of 25% of the agreed upon amount. I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, and if you need to cancel, please do so with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to a new date.  No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to comply may result in our inability to schedule future dates.
